Amy J. Schrum

Amy J. Schrum, formerly known as Amy J. Tallerico, is the owner of Golden Heart Law, LLC and has devoted her legal career to serving individuals, families, and businesses across Alaska. Born and raised in Fairbanks, Amy combines extensive legal knowledge with a client-focused approach, helping clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence. Her background in family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense provides a well-rounded perspective that strengthens her advocacy in every case.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College after playing Division I hockey at the University of Maine and Boston College. She received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in Litigation. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable David C. Stewart of the Alaska Court of Appeals before building extensive experience in civil litigation and co-founding a successful Alaska law firm that later became Golden Heart Law, LLC.
