Andrew Dungan

Andrew Dungan is an Associate Attorney whose practice centres on creditors' rights and general business litigation. He represents financial institutions, lenders, and commercial enterprises in matters involving loan enforcement, secured transactions, workouts, and complex business disputes. His practical, business-focused approach helps clients achieve efficient and effective legal solutions.

Before entering private practice, Andrew gained valuable experience in the banking and telecommunications industries with two Fortune 50 companies, providing him with a strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and risk management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, he worked with The Law Group of Northwest Arkansas and externed with the University of Arkansas Office of General Counsel, assisting with litigation, employment, regulatory, and transactional matters.
