W.H. Taylor

W.H. Taylor is a founding partner of Taylor Law Partners and an accomplished trial attorney with more than four decades of legal experience. Since being admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1981, he has represented individuals and businesses in complex criminal defense, civil litigation, and business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His strategic advocacy and courtroom experience have earned him a respected reputation throughout Arkansas.

Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is also an AV Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
