Kimberly Baker Medina

Kimberly Medina has dedicated her legal career to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Licensed to practice law in California and before the Federal Immigration Court, she has been practicing law since 1997 and has focused exclusively on immigration law since 2003. A graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law and a Berkeley Law Foundation Grantee, Kimberly is recognized for her compassionate advocacy and extensive knowledge of immigration matters. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Lawyers Guild and has been honored with the Colorado AILA Pro Bono Service Award for her commitment to serving the community. Having lived in Honduras for six years, Kimberly is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling, camping, gardening, and spending time with her family.
