Michael D. Deming

Michael D. Deming is an experienced litigation attorney and President/Principal at Deming Parker, LLC, serving clients throughout Atlanta and the greater Georgia region. With over 40 years of legal experience, he devotes 75% of his practice to litigation, handling personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and car accident cases. He has practiced law since 1984 and has built a career centered on securing strong outcomes for injured clients and their families.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Georgia, his Juris Doctor from Woodrow Wilson College of Law, an LL.M. in Litigation from Atlanta Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and the District of Columbia, as well as before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th and 5th Circuits, multiple U.S. District Courts in Georgia, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

He also served for many years as a Board Member and Vice-Chairman of the Gateway 85 Community Improvement District, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the communities he serves.
