Bryan M. Wellner is an experienced Illinois attorney concentrating on Corporate & Small Business Law, Local Government Law, Criminal Defense, Traffic Law, and Employment Law. Bryan serves as corporate counsel for numerous Illinois municipalities and governmental entities, providing guidance on the Illinois Municipal Code, Open Meetings Act, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), zoning and land use, employment and labor law, collective bargaining, and municipal litigation.
