Daniel M. Walsh is an experienced trial attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Daniel M. Walsh, Ltd., representing clients throughout Joliet, Will County, Grundy County, and Kankakee County, Illinois. A former Will County prosecutor, he has handled thousands of criminal cases and hundreds of trials involving charges ranging from traffic violations and DUI to serious felonies and homicide. His practice also assists clients with personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from another party’s negligence.

A lifelong Will County resident, Daniel graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2004 and began working for the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office in 2005.
