Randall Rowberry

Randall Rowberry is a seasoned immigration attorney known for his aggressive advocacy in complex immigration matters. Since 2008, he has successfully represented individuals and families in immigration bond proceedings, removal and deportation defense, immigration appeals, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, and U Visa cases. His strategic approach has helped clients secure immigration benefits, overcome administrative obstacles, and reduce unnecessary delays in their cases.

Mr. Rowberry regularly appears before immigration courts throughout the United States and represents clients in all 50 states. A native of Idaho Falls, Idaho, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Literary Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2008, he is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Having served a mission in Guatemala, he is fluent in Spanish and provides effective legal representation to Spanish-speaking clients.
