Yasser Fernando Sanchez

Mr. Sanchez is a skilled immigration attorney whose personal journey as a first-generation immigrant inspires his commitment to serving clients with respect, compassion, and dedication. Originally from Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, he immigrated to the United States with his family in 1989, giving him firsthand insight into the complexities of the immigration process. He earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he served as President of both the Student Bar Association and the Latino Law Student Association.

Mr. Sanchez is a member in good standing of the Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Utah, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the Supreme Court of the United States. A proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), he represents clients across all 50 U.S. states and has been recognized for his excellence in immigration law through multiple professional awards.
