K. Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is an experienced family law attorney with Johnson, Kraeuter & Sanders who has been representing individuals and families throughout Georgia since 1996. With nearly three decades of legal experience, he is known for handling complex family law disputes, high-asset divorces, and appellate matters with skill and professionalism.

Throughout his career, Paul has successfully managed hundreds of bench and jury trials and has argued cases before both the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. In addition to his litigation practice, he is a certified mediator who helps clients resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their interests.

Paul has served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and led the Electronic Worksheets Task Force for the Georgia Child Support Guidelines Commission. He also co-authored Georgia's child support guidelines and is a frequent speaker on advanced family law topics. His legal insights have been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
