R. Scot Kraeuter

R. Scot Kraeuter is a founding partner of Johnson Kraeuter, LLC and an accomplished trial attorney with more than three decades of legal experience. Since being admitted to practice in 1995, he has represented clients throughout Georgia in complex family law and personal injury matters while earning a reputation for skilled advocacy in and out of the courtroom.

Before co-founding Johnson Kraeuter, Scot spent more than 16 years with the Savannah law firm Savage, Turner, Kraeuter, Pinckney, & Madison, where he handled a broad range of civil litigation matters. His background includes serious personal injury, wrongful death, vehicle accidents, product liability, professional malpractice, and complex civil litigation.

As a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Scot is recognized among Georgia's most respected trial lawyers. He has held numerous leadership positions within the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Section, including Chair and Vice Chair, and has frequently lectured and authored publications on advanced family law topics.
